After waiting a year, Harold at last found a home of his own! Your quirkiness and boisterous displays of affection will be missed here at the shelter Harold, but I know you are going to show your new people a whole lot of loving.
Firecracker has found people all his own now!
***Adopted*** Chauncey 09.25.2015
Chauncey was just surrendered to us yesterday due to allergies in the household, and is now looking for a new home. He is a DSH, blue in color, is a neutered male, and is front declawed. He is about 2 years old. He has a quiet and shy disposition, but is very sweet and adores being stroked and groomed.
Kitty now has a home of her own. 🙂
We have a new dog looking for a home. Kitty is an owner surrender, and only because her owner was moving to a new place that didn’t allow dogs. She is a total sweetheart of a dog; basically a beagle sized yellow lab mix. She looks like a mini lab. smile emoticon Kitty is polite and mild mannered; a submissive type of dog that gets along well with others. She is just a happy and loving gal. She was born in 2012. Come meet her! Even if you don’t want to adopt Kitty, she would love some loving and some walks and some play from volunteers.
Yay! Jackson has gone to his new home!
Olivia moved on to her own lap yesterday. Yay for Olivia!!!
Olivia. Look at that sweet face.
Olivia, just relaxing.
Update 02.04.2016: All adopted!

Speckles was found roaming near Redwood Falls on Sept. 10, 2015.
Surprisingly, no one came to claim this silly, happy dog. Speckles’ 5 day hold is up, and she is now available for adoption. She is a liver and white German shorthair pointer, possibly purebred, though we can’t know for sure. She is probably about 1-2 years old. We do know that she has very strong birding instincts and the energy to go all day. She would be a great hunting dog. Due to her strong drive to chase things, she would probably not do well with cats. She is also a dominant personality and very selective on her doggy companions.
