Puffy needs a new home after his former family moved out and left him behind. He is a handsome flamepoint Siamese cross.
We were told by the neighbor who found him that he is about ten years old. Puffy is one of those on-his-own-terms type of cats; once he warms up to you, he can be very affectionate, but when he’s had enough, he will let you know, and it’s time to stop. He will come and rub on your legs when he wants attention, though in general, he is not a needy cat. He has been allowed to be indoors and out, but here at the shelter, he seems pretty content to be inside. He does not get along very well with other cats and would likely be best as the only cat. He tolerates dogs that leave him be.
Puffy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, wormings, and flea/mite preventative, all as part of the adoption fee.
If you are interested in adopting Puffy, please contact the shelter during open hours (M-F 3-7 and Sat 11-1) at 507-644-3853, or else stop time anytime during those same hours. Even if you aren’t interested in adopting, we welcome visitors to come and play with our critters! They do so love the attention while they wait for a new home.
