Pewter

Born appx. 2013. (Possibly older.)

Pewter. Taken May 24, 2019.

Pewter was originally found roaming on the 200 block of Sunrise blvd. on May 23, 2019. She has yet to have anyone come claim her, so she is available for adoption. (Though if anyone does know where she belongs, please do get the word around! We’d rather see her back with her original family.)

Pewter. Taken May 24, 2019.

She looked heavily pregnant at the time of her finding, but it ends up she was just that well fed. When she was brought in to the vet on June 18 to have two rotten teeth extracted, the vet found a spay scar.

Pewter is very sweet and acts like she is someone’s pampered house cat who just slipped out one day.

Pewter is spayed. She has been updated on her vaccinations, treated topically with a flea/ear mite preventative (Revolution), been dewormed, and given a medicated/antifungal bath. She is ready to go!

If you are interested in adopting Pewter, or happen to know anything about her original family, please contact the shelter at 507-644-3853. You can also stop in to meet her anytime the shelter is open, no appointment necessary; M-F 2-6 and Sat 10-noon. Even if you aren’t looking to adopt, come in anyway and play with, groom, or just offer a warm lap to the cats.
