Amos is amazingly sweet and chill! It’s hard to find a cat who rolls with life quite in such a relaxed manner as he does. He adores being pet, and getting whatever affection he can get from people. He doesn’t seem too worried about other cats or dogs either.

Amos had a rough start to life. He was found as a stray in Franklin, horribly underweight with a huge worm belly. His gentle disposition allowed a concerned townsfolk to catch him and get him the help he needs.

Amos will be neutered when he has put on enough weight. He has been updated on his vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia, been dewormed, and is kept up to date on his topical flea/ear mite preventative (Revolution.)

If you are interested in meeting Amos, you are welcome to come to the shelter any time it is open, no appointment necessary, M-F 2-6 and Sat 10-noon. Even if you aren’t looking to adopt, you are welcome to come visit the critters anyway and give them some loves.
